ELECTRIC PRECISION SOFT WINDING MACHINE WINDER
SKS-78S Electric Precision Soft precision winding machine is a new modular winding platform for all kinds of staple, stretch yarn and filament yarns which is suitable for dyeing package, warping preparation and rewinding with or without lubrication. This machine is programmable freely and equipped with real-time digital tension system, which provide a comprehensive tension control to improve yarn quality and production efficiency.

Intelligent high speed electronic precise winding machine is mainly used for winding and cones suitable for all kinds of DTY, FDY and cotton.
Winder design:
It is a single sided working machine, heavily based on a solid modular metal structure, each section is composed of six winding positions Electrical components:
Contain frequency inverter (brushless motor drive), sensors, electrical control box, operation element/executive component.
Driving parts:
Each position is individually driven; motor drive overfeed directly on to take-up active winding cheese axis.
