The extremely short distance between machine components prevents any unevenness between the center and edges, resulting in a dense, full, long, or short pile effect. Drive Belts: The machine is equipped with high-quality raising roller driving belts, offering higher flexibility and durability compared to larger belts. The driving system features 5 driving belts per drum to ensure full grip and maximum energy transmission, providing a more efficient raising effect. Raising Fillet & Drum Design: Premium Italian raising fillets guarantee optimal and long-lasting raising performance across all fabric types. Specially engineered drum wheels eliminate any indirect vibration. Anti-Crease System: Triple fabric spreading screw rollers with adjustable speed effectively prevent creases or unevenness during processing.           Quick Maintenance & Ergonomics: Newly designed system for quick replacement of raising rollers!
